Accommodation. You will get to spend two nights at BaseGlamp ReVivify, nestled on the beautiful banks of Yakima River, BaseGlamp ReVivify offers an off-the-grid glamping experience.
Meals Covered. Local organic food will be served buffet style around a broadly paleo theme. Vegetarian, Vegan, and dietary limitation options available on request. The tribe will work together to prepare dinner each night. Light breakfast and snacks provided as well.
We will explore movement, mindfulness, and mediation practices to build a set of routines we can incorporate into our daily life.
You’ll learn how to reduce stress and anxiety, improve your sleep, and feel happier and healthier overall with science based tools you can practice anywhere.
